Leave out all the rest!

Am mai avut o tentativa de a scrie ceva duminica spre luni, insa ideile nu m-au ajutat ca nu prea se legau si la ora aceea nu prea aveam coerenta, dar asta nu inseamna ca acum sunt odihnita si ca as avea putin mai multa logica in exprimare, insa trebuie sa mai postez si eu cate ceva.
Nu am facut nimic in mod special, as putea spune. Iesirile obisnuite in oras, sala, un mic gratar duminica unde m-am accidentat, dar din fericire, acum sunt bine. In mare cam atat.
Voi incerca sa nu mai lisesc asa mult, dar dupa cum am specificat intr-un post anterior, nu am un program tocmai ok, pe care as putea sa il respect, totul depinde de la zi la zi.
Nu cred ca voi mai zabovi pe aici, asa ca va las o melodie (care imi place la nebunie) si un dulce “Noapte Buna!”

Cum am slabit 14 kg

De cand ma stiu am fost o persoana plinuta, acum 1 an jumate am ajuns la capatul rabdarilor si m-am gandit ca dupa multe incercari de a slabi (foarte prost inspirate, in mare parte infometare, care NU ajuta la nimic) ar fi cazul sa incerc sa slabesc intr-un mod sanatos. Am avut mare noroc cu fratele meu care este antrenor de Fitness si printre altele se ocupa de nutritie. Am fost sfatuita sa mananc sanatos, echilibrat, sa consum multe lichide si in niciun caz sa nu ma infometez, zis si facut.

In ce a constat (inca il urmez) acest regim? Fructe, legume (crude, compot, fierte, copate, pe gratar), carne de pui, vita, si peste (daca se poate in cantitati mai mici sau chiar deloc pentru vegetarieni, in niciun caz porc!), 2-3 felii de paine neagra/zi (eu nu prea mananc paine de fel, dar e important sa nu renuntati la paine definitiv), oua, lapte, iaurt (in general multe lactate), cereale integrale si bine inteles 2 litri de apa/zi sau ceai (nici apa nu prea beau de fel asa ca am optat pentru ceai neindulcit, dar nu va imaginati ca am baut numai ceai), cafeaua nu este excluasa – dar trebuie bauta fara zahar, iar dupa o anumita perioada, o bucatica de ciocolata/ saptamana nu strica nimanui! Foarte important – NU: prajeli, bauturi acidulate, nici macar sucuri “naturale” din comert, cel mai bine ar fi sa va faceti acasa.

Am facut din acest regim, un stil de viata, si sincer, ma simt foarte bine. Singura mare greseala a mea a fost ca nu prea faceam miscare pentru ca nu aveam timp, la inceput am facut cateva sedinte de Tae-bo, dar dupa m-am angajat si lucram de la 9:00 la 17:30 (teroretic, practic pana pe la 18:00-19:00/, logic ajungeam mult mai tarziu acasa – si numai chef de miscare nu aveam eu la ora aia).

final_b-aCele 14 kg le-am dat jos in primele 3-4 luni, dar daca reusesti sa tii cu strictete cel putin 6 luni acest regim (bineinteles si cu sport-nu ca mine!) o sa te ingrasi mult mai greu! Autosugestia ajuta foarte mult.

Avand in vedere ca atunci nu aveam timp de sport, acum am , prin urmare m-am decis sa fac ceva Fitness si am citit cate ceva despre programul de exercitii Callanetics, pare eficient si este perfect, cel putin pentru mine, te ajuta sa scapi si de durerile de spate, iar eu am o mare problema la capitolul acesta. Cateva date utile despre Callanetics:

Ce sunt exercitiile Callanetics?
Gimnastica de remodelare corporala. Exercitiile Callanetics au fost inventate de Callan Pinckney, care le-a creat pentru a scapa de durerile de spate si de genunchi.
Pot fi practicate de oricine indiferent de varsta sau conditie fizica. Metoda Callanetics presupune o intensa activitate musculara avand si un alt beneficiu, cel al lipsei febrei musculare care se instaleaza, de obicei, la persoanele neantrenate odata cu inceperea unui program de fitness.

Exercitiile Callanetics sunt mai ample decat aerobicul si ajuta in cazul articulatiilor dureroase si al problemelor spatelui. Aceste exercitii tonifica muschii in profunzime si modeleaza silueta. Rezultatele apar inca din primele doua saptamani, cand te vei bucura de o mai buna flexibilitate.

Programul exercitiilor Callanetics reuseste sa lucreze muschii intr-o ora cat exercitiile de aerobic obisnuite in 20 de ore.

La ce ajuta?
Durerile dispar, corpul este remodelat. Un antrenament de Callanetics este foarte solicitant (fiind exercitii de rezistenta), dar si eficient, pentru ca slabesti, nu neaparat in kilograme, ci in centimetri.
Exercitiile te ajuta sa subtiezi stratul de grasime din corp si sa transformi grasimea in masa musculara. Asadar, vei arata mai bine, vei avea un tonus excelent si hainele iti vor veni ca turnate! Iata doar cateva dintre beneficiile acestor exercitii: un abdomen plat, un bust ferm, brate frumos conturate si coapse subtiri.
In plus, intreaga postura va fi mai impunatoare si vei avea mai multa rezistenta la efortul fizic. Antrenamentele sunt istovitoare, dar rezultatele sunt spectaculoase.

Cum se executa exercitiile?
Exercitiile Callanetics sunt niste exercitii care se executa foarte lent, se pune accentul pe corectitudinea exercitiului, si nu pe cantitatea numarului efectuat. Exercitiile sunt greu de efectuat, tocmai ca se pune accentul pe musculatura incordata, la inceput e bine sa se faca sedinte de cateva minute, pentru a deprinde terhnica si se incepe numai pentru o anumita zona.

A doua zi se repeta ce s-a facut anterior, si se mai adauga un set nou. Cand termini toate seturile pentru abdomen, cresti numarul din fiecare exercitiu pentru abdomen. La fel si pentru solduri, coapse, fese, picioare, pectorali, biceps.

Astfel, fiecare grup de muschi este incalzit, lucrat si apoi intins pentru a imbunatati sanatatea corpului si a creste forta, flexibilitatea si rezistenta.

Gata si tema pentru data aceasta, am fost o eleva silitoare. Sa vedem ce va mai urma, poate vin si eu cu ceva idei. Dau leapsa celor care vor s-o preia de la mine si provoc pe toti cei care au preluat/vor prelua leapsa, ca peste 1 an sa facem din nou asta, sa vedem daca mai bifam niste puncte atunci! Totusi sa nu fiti arestati, aveti voie sa faceti doar 199 :D . Have fun till’ then!

Berbec: Nu am facut eu asta. Am fost fortat sa fac asta. A fost doar un accident. Nu a fost nimic intentioanat. Fiecare dintre noi are dreptul sa faca ceea ce ii place.
Taur: Am mai facut asta de m! ulte ori si nu am stiut ca este gresit. Credeam ca voi economisi niste bani prin asta. Nu mi-am dat seama. Aveam de gand sa repar totul cat de curand. Mi-era foame.
Gemeni: Poftim? Nu inteleg despre ce vorbesti. Cine, eu? Nu am crezut ca se va intampla asa. Nu eu, X a facut acest lucru. Haha, ce gluma buna, hai sa trecem peste discutia asta.
Rac: Am simtit ca trebuie sa fac acest lucru. Asa am simtit. E o traditie pe care a trebuit sa o urmez. Am fost obligat sa fac asta. Totul a inceput in copilarie.De fapt, mama m-a sfatuit sa fac asta.
Leu: Nu stiam ca ma vede cineva. Nu gandeam clar. Am anumite privilegii, ar trebui sa mi-se ierte acest lucru. As prefera sa uitam cu totii cele intamplate.
Fecioara: Contabilul mi-a spus ca totul este in ordine. Doctorul mi-a spus sa procedez asa. Nu stiam ce fac de fapt. Nu m-am putut abtine. Am gresit, nu se va mai repeta. Pot sa si semnez pentru asta.
Balanta: Am facut asta numai pentru ca si sotul meu/sotia mea o face. X m-a facut sa fac asta. Nu am putea ajunge cumva la un compromis? M-am luat dupa X,imi cer scuze. Sunt o victima a sistemului si a conjuncturii.
Scorpion: Asa ma simteam atunci.. Nu m-am gandit ca voi fi prins. Nu am vrut sa o fac. Nimeni nu mai trebuie sa afle acest lucru. Credeam ca sunt pe moarte. Nu stiam ce naiba fac.
Sagetator: Trebuia sa fac asta, altfel eram dat in judecata. Avocatul mi-a spus ca totul este in regula. Ce mare lucru? Guvernul este de vina. Este un lucru rasist (sexist sau o decizie politica gresita).
Capricorn: Nu este ceva serios. Eu doar am urmat ordinele. Totul s-a intamplat atat de repede. Slujba mea este de vina. Chiar! Aveam nevoie de bani.
Varsator: Toti ceilalti faceau acelasi lucru. Era cel mai interesant lucru de facut. Ma plictiseam rau de tot. Si ce e cu asta? Ce vei face in acest sens? Cui ii pasa de lucrurile astea stupide pana la urma?
Pesti: Am fost influentat. Dumnezeu mi-a spus sa fac asa. Eu doar am indeplinit dorinta Domnului. Credeam ca ma pot opri pana sa pierd controlul. Nu mi-am dat seama cat de tarziu se facuse.
